RUBIN, Circuit Judge: In the time that has been spent by the lawyers for a Texas corporation in efforts to assert in a Texas federal court the corporation's diversity-based claims against Maryland residents, the case could doubtless have been brought to a conclusion. The parties having in the course of two lawsuits gained nothing but experience, we affirm dismissal of this action for want of jurisdiction.
